27:T74f,The Honeywell 15mm VTL120 angled TRV and lockshield pack provides a highly reliable energy-saving regulation solution for two-pipe domestic heating networks. Engineered with a highly responsive liquid sensor, this classic thermostatic radiator valve delivers consistent hydraulic control by rapidly adapting to changes in ambient room temperature. The bi-directional flow architecture grants installers the flexibility to mount the valve horizontally or vertically at either end of the radiator, significantly simplifying complex pipework configurations.

A critical feature of this assembly is the integrated radiator balancing insert, which meticulously retains specific balancing parameters even when the valves are fully closed for maintenance or decorating. The TRV head incorporates a distinctive energy-saving button designed to alert users to the most economical comfort setting. Additionally, the tailpiece offers 6mm of structural play to compensate for spatial variations during installation, and the valve body is fully compatible with the evohome electronic controller head for future system upgrades.

Q: Can this valve be installed on either flow or return pipework?
A: Yes, the bi-directional flow design allows for installation on either side of the radiator.

Q: How does the valve retain system balance during maintenance?
A: An integrated radiator balancing insert preserves the flow settings when the valve is closed for removal or decoration.

Q: Is the sensor mechanism accurate and responsive?
A: The valve relies on a precision liquid sensor to deliver consistent and long-lasting thermal regulation.

Q: Does the tailpiece allow for any tolerance during installation?
A: The radiator tailpiece provides 6mm of play to accommodate slight variations in distance from the valve body.
