The Fernox TF1 Omega 22mm filter provides uncompromising protection for domestic central heating networks by actively intercepting harmful circulating particulate matter. Forged from premium nickel-plated brass, it features a completely non-porous structure designed to endure the demanding pressure and temperature fluctuations of modern boiler circuits. The unit utilises proprietary Hydronic Particle Separation technology alongside a powerful threaded neodymium magnet assembly. This dual-action approach efficiently captures both highly abrasive magnetic sludge and non-magnetic scale before they can infiltrate and degrade sensitive heat exchangers or circulation pumps.

Engineered specifically for confined installation environments, this high-capacity inline filter can operate at flow rates of up to 50L/min. The intelligent manifold incorporates double radial seals and multiple orientation capabilities, allowing it to be mounted on horizontal or vertical pipework and even at 45-degree angles. Measuring 209mm high, 241mm wide and 124mm deep, the compact 1.77kg device fits effortlessly into restricted utility cupboards. Its innovative architecture allows heating engineers to perform rapid in-situ cleaning without the need to dismantle the unit or replace internal O-rings, thereby minimising onsite servicing time.

Q: Can this filter capture standard non-magnetic system debris?
A: Yes, it employs advanced Hydronic Particle Separation technology to trap non-magnetic contaminants alongside traditional magnetite.

Q: What pipe orientations is the manifold compatible with?
A: The flexible manifold allows for installation on vertical and horizontal pipework and can operate safely at a 45-degree angle.

Q: Is dismantling required during the annual maintenance flush?
A: The filter is specifically designed for fast and convenient cleaning without requiring disassembly or the replacement of seals.

Q: What material is the main filter body forged from?
A: It is constructed from exceptionally tough nickel-plated brass to eliminate hidden porosity and ensure long-term structural integrity.
