27:T7c9,The ADEY MagnaClean Professional 2 is an advanced 22mm magnetic filter designed to extract and contain damaging black iron oxide sludge from central heating circuits. Developed by the pioneers of magnetic filtration, this in-line push-fit unit utilises a powerful internal magnet alongside an improved sheath design to capture both magnetic and non-magnetic suspended debris. By actively purifying the circulating system water, the filter eliminates abrasive sludge that causes premature pump failure, effectively restoring the thermal efficiency of the entire heating network and noticeably reducing ongoing energy consumption.

Installation is highly versatile thanks to a bi-directional twin reverse flow architecture, meaning either 22mm port can function as the primary inlet without compromising the capture rate. The low-profile chassis features a rapid push-fit connection system allowing engineers to complete a full installation in a matter of minutes. Routine servicing is simplified by an easy air vent assembly and a specially designed drain valve which allows for fast, mess-free maintenance and chemical dosing. Providing immediate ongoing protection, this robust filter is a critical addition for extending the operational lifespan of any modern condensing boiler.

Q: What pipe size is this filter designed to connect to?
A: This model is manufactured specifically for installation on standard 22mm central heating pipework.

Q: Can the filter catch non-magnetic system debris?
A: Yes, the improved sheath design allows the unit to successfully capture dual non-magnetic particulates.

Q: Does the direction of the water flow matter during installation?
A: The bi-directional flow design ensures either port can be utilised as the inlet for maximum flexibility.

Q: How is the filter integrated into the existing pipework?
A: It utilises robust in-line push-fit connectors for a rapid and secure hydraulic seal.
