LA-CO Regular Flux is a professional-grade, water-soluble soldering flux paste designed for use with copper pipe and fittings. Its self-cleaning formula helps remove impurities from the joint surface during soldering, allowing solder to flow smoothly and helping to produce clean, reliable joints. It can be used with all lead-free and common soft solders.

The water-soluble formula allows flux residue to be easily rinsed from pipework after soldering and is suitable for use with potable water systems. The pH-neutral, non-acid and non-toxic, lead-free formulation contains no zinc chloride, helping to reduce concerns around corrosion and progressive pin-holing of pipework.

LA-CO Regular Flux is suitable for plumbing and gas services and can be used on a range of metals including copper, brass, galvanised iron, lead, zinc, tin, silver, nickel, mild steel, terne plate and malleable iron. It is not suitable for use on stainless steel or aluminium.

Designed for reliable performance in demanding conditions, the all-weather formulation can be used in both hot and cold climates. LA-CO Regular Flux meets ASTM B813 and is UK-WRAS, NSF and UPC approved, making it a dependable choice for professional plumbing and heating installations.
